As of April 1, 2024, the AAIP is aligning its fees to match service delivery costs. AAIP fees are intended to cover the operational cost of these programs. Eligibility changes for international students with a job offer

The regulations that govern the OINP have been amended to expand eligibility for international students. These changes include expanding eligibility to students who have obtained a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has reached its 2023 nomination allocation. The program issued a total of 16,500 nominations to successful applicants across all streams in 2023.
